  • High-voltage wireless phase detector has powerful self-check function

  •

  • High-voltage wireless phase detector can be used for phase identification and phase sequence checking of power lines and substations, with phase identification, phase sequence testing, and electrical testing functions. It extracts the phase signal of the measured high voltage from the collector and transmits it directly after processing. The instrument includes two transmitters and one receiver. The transmitter can judge whether the line is energized and measure the phase and frequency of the line. In short-range phase identification, the X and Y transmitters send measurement data to the receiving host via radio. The receiving host calculates the phase difference between the two lines based on the transmitter data to determine same phase and different phase. In remote phase identification, two Y transmitters send measurement data to two receiving hosts respectively, and after GPS timing, synchronous measurement is performed on the hosts. The phase difference of the two hosts is calculated as the phase difference of the two lines, and the same phase and different phase of the two lines are judged. To ensure the normal operation of the circuit, it needs to have a certain self-check capability.

     1. Before using the high-voltage wireless phase detector, transmitters 1 and 2 must be connected first. The receiver's battery is sufficient. Connect one end of the self-test line to a 220V power supply and the other end to transmitters 1 and 2. Turn on the power switch of the transmitter. The transmitter must be at a height of 30cm from the ground, otherwise the receiving sensitivity will be affected.

  • 2. Turn on the power switch of the receiver, press the test button, and the receiver enters a 10-second countdown. After the time is over, it displays "same phase" and starts the waveform, and there are lights, text, and sound prompts at the same position, indicating that the instrument can be used normally.

      3. Before use, the working requirements of the preventive test procedures for electrical safety tools must be observed.

      5. Connect transmitters 1 and 2 to the insulating rod (the insulating rod must be used in two parts). Turn on the power switch, and the indicator light of the transmitter is green.

      5. Turn on the power switch of the high-voltage wireless phase detector receiver, press the test button, and the receiver will enter a 10-second countdown. After the countdown, connect the original end and the test end of transmitter 1 and transmitter 2 respectively. The transmitter indicator light changes from green to red.

      6. When the receiver is in the "same phase" state, the display is as follows:

      (1) The waveform is at the same starting position.

      (2) The phase angle difference is displayed as "0" or "360".

      (3) The text indicates "same phase".

      (4) The phase indicator light is on (the power indicator light, transmitter 1 and transmitter 2 indicator lights are on).

      (5) Voice prompt.
