About the Testing and Aging Scheme of Program-controlled Leakage Current Tester
Recommended by Darui Electric
- The tracking resistance tester is a special testing instrument designed and manufactured according to standards such as GB4207 and IEC60112. It is suitable for testing the tracking resistance index and tracking resistance index of solid insulating materials and their products in electrical and electronic products, household appliances under humid conditions. It is simple, accurate, reliable, and practical. It is used in research, production, and quality inspection departments of lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, and information technology equipment. It is also suitable for simulation tests in the industries of insulating materials, engineering plastics, electrical connectors, and accessories.
Experimental principle: The leakage tracking test is to apply a certain voltage between platinum electrodes of a certain size (2mm×5mm) and a fixed height (35mm) for a fixed time (30s) with a specified volume of conductive liquid (0.1% NH4CL) on the surface of solid insulating materials, to evaluate the leakage resistance of the solid insulating material surface under the combined action of electric field and humid or polluted medium, and compare it with the leakage index (CT1) and leakage resistance 010-10.
Test requirements: Overall aging and testing of the vehicle central control box (including relays, fuses, and wiring harnesses).
1) Normal disconnection characteristics of relays in the program-controlled leakage current tester
Please refer to the corresponding test specifications. The equipment checks the characteristics of the relay in an uncontrolled state. The relay control card is in a non-control state, judging the resistance of the main control coil circuit and the set value;
The program-controlled leakage current tester judges that the load current of the controlled main circuit is less than the settable value (leakage current).
2) Normal closing characteristics of relays refer to the corresponding test specifications.
The characteristics of the relay under the closed-loop control system of the equipment relay. The control signal of the relay in a specific channel is closed, and the resistance of the main control coil is judged to be within a settable range (control resistance too large or too small or load circuit fault);
Judge that the voltage drop of the controlled circuit (need to measure the voltage drop between relay contacts) is within a settable range (control voltage drop too large or too small or circuit fault), and the redundant wiring harness of the circuit does not affect the voltage drop test results; Judge that the load current of the current circuit is within a settable range.
3) Refer to the corresponding relay disconnection control characteristic test specifications to perform disconnection operation on the relay.
Disconnect the control signal of the relay in a specific channel, and judge that the resistance of the main control coil circuit is less than the set value; The load current is less than the settable value (leakage current).
4) For the adjustment of the relay control terminal voltage, please refer to the corresponding test specifications.
When the system stops running, the voltage and current of the auxiliary power supply can be adjusted. The auxiliary power supply can be adjusted to a voltage of 0-30V to facilitate the control characteristic test of the relay.
If necessary, the corresponding power supply can be replaced. When adjusting and replacing the power supply, please pay attention to the control voltage range and required working current of the relay under test.
