Darui Electric recommends for you
DC high voltage generator must be operated strictly in accordance with the instruction manual, and operators must hold a high voltage test certificate. For safety reasons, the DC high voltage generator has high requirements for operators. During use, there are also many common faults that need to be handled by yourself. The common faults and solutions of the DC high voltage generator are as follows:
1. Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, the red light is not on.
The reason is that the power cord is open circuit or the power fuse is blown. You can replace the power cord or fuse according to the situation.
2. Press the green button, the green light does not turn on.
The voltage regulator potentiometer is not reset to zero. Turn the voltage regulator potentiometer counterclockwise to zero to restore normal operation.
3. Press the green button, the green light turns on, but when boosting, the green light turns off and the red light turns on.
There are three reasons: the high-voltage output end of the voltage doubling cylinder is short-circuited to ground, the test object is short-circuited to ground, or the overvoltage protection setting is incorrect.
Corresponding solutions: check the output high-voltage wire, the test object, and reset the high-voltage protection value.
4. When boosting, the green light turns off and the red light turns on.
The test object discharges or breaks down, causing overvoltage or overcurrent protection to activate.
Check the test object and reset the setting value.
If the above methods still cannot solve the problem, please contact the manufacturer for after-sales service immediately. Do not disassemble the machine yourself.
