Film capacitors are superior capacitors due to their non-polarity, high insulation impedance, excellent frequency characteristics (wide frequency response), and low dielectric loss, among other advantages. Therefore, film capacitors are widely used in analog circuits. 　　2. The safety of the test system, ensuring that the DC high voltage does not pose a threat or cause harm to operators, i.e., ensuring personal safety.

 

　　3. The system's anti-electromagnetic interference capability, ensuring that the system can withstand electromagnetic interference in harsh external working environments without affecting operation, especially the test circuit and signal processing circuit, i.e., ensuring that the test system does not malfunction.

 

　　4. Leakage current detection accuracy, which is an indicator used in the customer's actual production and is related to the parameter performance of the final product.

 

　　5. The processing capability of test signals, requiring accurate conversion of leakage current detection results so that the equipment control unit can promptly process the film capacitor.

 

　　Ensure the reliability of the test system, reduce the system failure rate, and enhance its redundancy.

 

　　7. The display of detection results should be observable, while also controlling costs.
